Self-defense is the art of defending yourself and the knowledge of how to do it.

Self-defense is only for the moment when you are being attacked. In this moment there are only two possibilities : you either become a victim or you defend yourself. Because of this self-defense has to be taken very seriously .The attacker can be hurt badly.

In practice of self-defense you first of all have to decimate your fear, you can do this by screaming out loud. The closer you scream to the attackers ear the more he gets shocked.                                                                                                         

1 learn and understand (with a lot of practice you learn how to free yourself without  injuring your opponent)

2 train  and get fast

3 put into practice with power, speed and screaming

In HANNAH KUNG FU the third grade is a long kata existing only of self-defense techniques. Especially women like it a lot.

1 someone attacks your neck like this, her hands are locked...

2 you grab into her face, tear her nose with the hand that is next to her

3 you quickly hit into her face with the palm of the other hand

1 someone grabs your hair...

2 make sure your hair doesn`t get torn, lock his hand on you head tight with your opposite hand, hit under his elbow with your free hand

3 stay upright while twisting his arm so he has to go down.  The closer you pull his arm towards his back the more it hurts. He will let go of your hair

1 someone grabs you on your right shoulder...

2 you hit the inside of her elbow, fast and strong several times

3 move your arm underneath her elbow and twist upward, so she has to move back, you can continue hitting her with your left hand.

1 someone grabs you from behind with both hands...

2 you bend and at the same time your hips go to the left

 you pull his legs up with your right hand

3 he drops, you fall on his body and hit him with your right elbow

it is  important to pull out your right leg before he falls on the floor

1 someone graps you from the backwith both hands...

2 you spread your legs, go down fast and unexpectedly, pull one of her legs to your chest

4 press your elbows on the upper part of his arms forcing him to go down and let go

2 & 3 change the position of your feet qickly and pull your hand down

4 use the same hand to hit his temple

1 someone pulls your hand with both hands...

and back

2 you quickly change your position

3 pull your hand forth ...

5 kick his knee or upper leg with your leg

1 someone grabs your wrist

2 prepare your reaction

4 open her hand at her thumb - it is a key

5 you raise your hand...

3 turn aside and pull your hand up

to hit her in her face

1 someone grabs your clothes...

you also grab him at his shoulders

you kick your knee into his stomach

someone grabs your shoulder...

2 you fix his hand on your shoulder

3 twist his arm as much as possible by pulling up his hand and pushing down on his elbow

2 close up your hands

1 someone grabs you from the front...

5 repeat it two or three times

6 open your hands and hit his eyes with your nuckles
